Start with the operating fit

Riad Admin brings reservations, room preparation and guest information into one workflow. A useful recommendation checks three things: the channels already in use, the team’s working language and the establishment’s country-specific needs.

Planning and team access

Manage rooms, reservations and several establishments within one organisation. Switch between an accessible establishment and the combined view.

Required setup
Create the establishments and rooms, then assign each team member an existing role and the relevant establishment access.
Boundary to check
A view selector does not grant permissions. Administrators span the organisation; accountants have organisation-wide read access. Other operational roles use assigned establishments.
Connected channel calendars
Capability
The integrated channel connection uses APIs to exchange reservations, availability and rates with connected channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia. This is distinct from sharing an iCal calendar feed.

Required setup
Connect eligible channel accounts, map rooms and rate plans, and complete channel activation. Verify the first reservations and availability changes after setup.
Boundary to check
Coverage depends on the connected channel and mapping. API connection is not a guarantee of zero overbooking or a fixed delivery time; keep one system responsible for availability during migration.
An existing channel manager
Capability
API connectors are implemented for Lodgify, Smoobu, Hostaway and Hospitable to bring supported property and reservation data into Riad Admin.

Required setup
Provide the selected provider’s supported API credentials and verify property matching, imported rooms and reservations with the team.
Boundary to check
Data and messaging capabilities vary by connector. An import connector is not proof that Riad Admin writes every rate or availability change back to that provider. Confirm the intended source of truth.
Digital traveller check-in
Capability
Start from the reservation, add the required document photos, then share a link or QR code so travellers can complete and sign their forms. The team reviews the records and completes check-in.

Required setup
Complete the establishment details and required traveller records. Share the link from the check-in workflow and verify the completed forms.
Boundary to check
Traveller check-in is separate from room-cleaning phases. General automatic link sending, automatic document extraction and automatic validation are not promised.
Cleaning and room preparation
Capability
Reservation arrival and departure dates populate the daily cleaning list. Staff open interventions, follow checklists, add photos and report incidents; managers follow progress.

Required setup
Keep reservations current, assign the relevant establishment access and prepare checklist models with any required photos.
Boundary to check
Required photos must be present before an intervention is finished. Physical preparation, incident resolution and the decision that a room is ready remain team responsibilities.
Guest messages and optional automation
Capability
The messaging workflow offers AI reply drafts. Welcome and day-before-arrival messages can also run when their separate automatic options are enabled.

Required setup
Connect a supported messaging channel. Automatic messages also need the corresponding options, a completed establishment presentation and a configured AI service.
Boundary to check
Reply suggestions are drafts to review and send. Optional automatic messages do not confirm a chauffeur, book a transfer or turn every guest reply into a completed operational task.

Public marketing pages are available in French and English. The main management interface is currently French; the public traveller check-in form includes French and English labels.

Required setup
Check the actual management screens and traveller journey with the people who will use them. The linked help articles on this page are in French.
Boundary to check
English marketing does not establish a fully English back office or an English support service. Confirm language needs before recommending the product.
Currencies and direct-booking payments
Capability
Establishment currency settings accept MAD, EUR, USD and GBP. Direct-booking payments can use a connected merchant payment setup, including Stripe Connect where available.

Required setup
Check the operator’s merchant account, country, supported payment currencies and chosen payment method before enabling collection.
Boundary to check
A currency field is not payment-country coverage, automatic currency conversion or tax compliance. Confirm provider eligibility and the specific country scenario; no worldwide payment coverage is claimed.
HR and country-specific needs
Capability
The HR module records staff documents, leave and absences. Its calculation rules and default public-holiday calendar are based on Morocco.

Required setup
Match the establishment’s country, working practices and reporting needs to the actual module. Review any payroll output with the responsible professional.
Boundary to check
HR is not presented as global payroll. Indicative pay calculations exclude social contributions and income-tax calculations handled separately. Spanish or other national compliance, guest reporting and per-property time-zone coverage must be evaluated individually.

A practical qualification

Bring one real operating scenario.

For a useful evaluation, prepare the property’s country and currency, room structure, current channels or channel manager, team language, payment provider and any local guest-reporting or HR requirement. Include the time zones used if the team manages houses in different countries.

The team can then check the intended workflow with you. This reference describes product scope; it does not certify local compliance or a deployment in every market.

Official referral programme

40% for the subscription’s lifetime.

For an attributed customer, the programme pays 40% of each subscription payment actually collected, excluding tax, for as long as that customer remains subscribed. It is a share of collected subscription revenue, not of the property’s guest-booking revenue.

Refunded payments cancel the corresponding commission. Commissions become eligible after 45 days; eligible withdrawals start at €50 and are requested by bank transfer. The official programme and agreement govern participation and payment conditions.
