Frequently asked questions
How do you prevent double bookings?
Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia calendars are synced in real time through APIs (not iCal): as soon as a booking lands, dates are blocked instantly on every channel and on your website.
I'm already on Lodgify / Smoobu / another tool. Is migrating risky?
No: we prepare your properties and rooms in advance, then switch channel by channel with you, with no sync gap. Your future bookings are re-imported automatically.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
Never. Direct bookings taken on your website are 100% yours — you only pay the monthly subscription.
Which languages does the AI assistant speak?
The traveller's: French, English, Spanish, Dutch… It relies only on your catalogue and your guidelines, and nothing is sent without human validation (except the automatic messages you enable).
Is my accounting data safe?
Your data lives in an encrypted database, isolated per organisation, hosted in Europe. Each team member only accesses the properties you assign.
Is there a commitment?
